- From Calgary, head south for 19 km on Hwy #2 beyond the city limits (Macleod Trail), or follow the new Deerfoot extention to where it turns into #2, continue 8 kms. past the Okotoks overpass
- Turn left (east) at the old railway display on 338 Ave. (look for the Saskatoon Farm signs.)
- Travel straight east on 338 Ave. for 3 km (the road is dead-end and goes directly to our farm)
- If coming from the south, take your 2nd right after crossing the Sheep River, just north of Aldersyde and the Aldersyde Petrocan
- From Okotoks, going north on 2A, turn east at the top of the hill (large animal clinic or watch for our neon sign) and travel 8km straight east (passing over #2 highway). The road will lead you right to us, follow the signs.

The Rhythm Cafe is an inspirational monthly social event that involves both a hands-on drum circle and a live musical performance by local conscious musicians. The drum circle is professionally facilitated and runs from 7-830. Then our musicians perform from 9-10, culminating with a big drum jam with the performers at the end of the evening. There is lots of dancing, a cash bar and up to 160 people attend every month.
Our musicians are hand picked and are highly passionate about their music, knowing that it is ultimately about making this world a better place to live.
Drums are provided, no experience needed, $20 at the door, Inglewood Community Hall, 1740 24 ave SE Calgary, doors open at 630, runs till 1030pm.

I AM is an utterly engaging and entertaining non-fiction film that poses two practical and provocative
questions: what's wrong with our world, and what can we do to make it better? The filmmaker behind the inquiry is Tom Shadyac, one of Hollywood's leading comedy practitioners and the creative force behind such blockbusters as "Ace Ventura," "Liar Liar," "The Nutty Professor," and "Bruce Almighty." However, in I AM, Shadyac steps in front of the camera to recount what happened to him after a cycling accident left him incapacitated, possibly for good. Though he ultimately recovered, he emerged with a new sense of purpose, determined to share his own awakening to his prior life of excess and greed, and to investigate how he as an individual, and we as a race, could improve the way we live and walk in the world.

The one that I am most stoked about is that we will be celebrating our eight year old little brother Michael's singing debut with us on this most magical night in March! Wait till you hear this little dude wail, the boy has serious talent going on; he has great pitch, timing, tone and absolutely loves to sing! Part devil, part angel....but all rock & roll superstar in the making baby! And at the tender young age of eight, he's already in the process of writing his first smash hit song with me called Rockstar. You'll love it, it's a totally up-beat, tongue in cheek rock song that is sure to get your heart pumpin' and your feet thumpin'! Dam, we best get on it, only a month to go and all we have so far are the chorus lyrics and melody. Promise we'll have it ready to for you March 26th, as well as several brand new songs to inspire, uplift and bedazzle. ; )
The usual suspects, Bruce Petherick, master of the keys and Jeremy Spencer, master percussionist, will be lending their musical genius to Natasha and I once again this fine night.

It'll be so sweet to have you with us for our "Took a Lickin' & Kept On Tickin' Concert" as I proclaim from high in the Canadian Rockies that I am now all "good to go" after my near fatal crash and subsequent spinal cord damage done accidentally when they messed up the injection they put in my spine. Some of our new material we'll perform June 19th has been inspired by the two plus months I spent in hospital and my road to recovery that still winds on.
